Cooperative economy is a multifaceted area. All relevant government agencies should play their role in a responsible and committed manner to implement the provisions of this policy. In order to fully implement the provisions of this policy, the activeness of the cooperative campaign is equally important. For the implementation of the provisions in the policy, timely amendment of related laws and regulations and creation of new laws are indispensable. If it is not possible to build a legal base, make the necessary structural arrangements and arrange resources, there is a risk that all the provisions in the policy will not be implemented.
